Insurances & Rates
Finding a therapist is hard and being able to afford it can be even harder. At Phillip Tardanico, LCSW and Associates, PC we understand the importance of therapy and mental wellness that is why we offer most services at a reasonable rate.

Insurances Accepted
Looking to see if your insurance is accepted? You can contact the office at (760) 217-9527. You can also contact your primary health insurance or Employer Assistance Program (EAP) and see if Phillip Tardanico, LCSW & Associates, PC is in network. Some health insurances and EAP companies require preapproval (authorization) before beginning therapy.

To prevent the customer from being financially responsible, appointments are scheduled after the authorization or referral has been received. The office can provide you with dates and times the providers have available to give you an idea of availability. However, appointments will not be confirmed until the authorization has been received or the customer secures the appointment by placing a credit/debit card on file.

Rates
Rates vary based on the services needed. Health Insurance members are mostly covered by their insurance and are responsible to pay their copayment or deductible.
Substance Abuse Professional
The rate for Substance Abuse Professional is a one-time fee of $500.00.

Our Cancelation Policy
Canceling
Notifying the office and/or therapist of the need to cancel is requested outside of the 24-hours. However, it is understandable that emergencies can occur. Should you need to cancel, please contact the office by telephone, voice message, or text to 760.217.9527 to cancel and reschedule the appointment.
