FAQ
How does the process work?
Your first appointment is an intake/assessment to determine the reason for therapy and what are your expectations/goals in therapy.

After your intake/assessment appointment, all future appointments will be scheduled with by the therapist.
Does the appointment have to be in person?
No. Due to the pandemic, all appointments are based on the customer's preference and level of comfort.
Scheduled appointments can be either in-person and/or telehealth (telephone, Facetime, Google Duo or utilizing the encrypted software). The encrypted software is a link that is sent via email and can be used on any electronic device with a camera.
Once I schedule an appointment, will all my appointments be on that day of the week and time?
No. The first appointment will be done with the clerical staff. After your intake/assessment appointment, you will be scheduling all future appointments with your therapist.
Is it only for people with health insurance?
No. It would be helpful to have health insurance, but not required. People that do not have health insurance can pay out of pocket.
How much does it cost?
The cost is based on your health insurance and if there is a copayment required. Once your insurance information is obtained, clerical staff will let you know if there is a copayment and what the price is. For those that do not have insurance can contact the office to ask about the prices.
What insurances are accepted?
We are rapidly growing and are accepting most insurances. To determine your insurance is accepted, please contact the office for verification.
